Ham and cream cheese pasta
Ham and cream cheese pasta made easy with Circulon
Introduction
Using a Circulon 18cm Saucepan
Serves: 4

Ingredients
1 small head of broccoli 400 g pasta 1 tbsp olive oil 3 spring onions – finely sliced 1 garlic clove, peeled and finely chopped 6 tbsp cream cheese 4 big slices of good quality ham handful Parmesan cheese, grated handful fresh chives, finely chopped
Method
1. Prepare the broccoli by cutting into small florets.
2. Bring a big pan of water to the boil. Add the pasta and cook following the packet instructions. 2 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the broccoli. Drain and put back into the pasta pan.
3. Meanwhile, in a small pan, heat the oil and fry the spring onions and garlic until soft.
4. Add cream cheese and stir until melted, add the ham and mix together.
5. Spoon the ham mixture into the pasta pan, add the cheese and mix everything together.
6. Season, add the Parmesan and chopped fresh chives and mix together.
Chef’s notes
This recipe is extremely versatile, you can use any green vegetable of your choice e.g. green beans or frozen peas instead of the broccoli that is featured.
